All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a courier enquiry.
